It's a challenge for Australia to break new ground.

The top summits have already been conquered.

This is the unit that has won seven Cricket World Cups, along with six more T20 titles, and previously enjoyed 1,294 days unbeaten in 50-over cricket.

The secondary achievements, those for the peak baggers, are the only things left for a squad that has won it all.

It needed up to Sunday's three-wicket win over India for them to achieve their initial ODI chase above 300, regaining their record for the highest in the female 50-over format, is, in truth, a tribute to the bowling attack that have worn canary yellow over five decades.

It's challenging for their batters to maintain a record if not provided the opportunity.

She was challenged by India's emerging talent Kranti Gaud in last month's ODI series, out to the emerging pace bowler in each encounter, but on this occasion it simply offered Healy's inspiration.

A single came off Gaud's first delivery and from there the batsman was in motion.

"The possibility to take the field and face the challenge with her and just have a bit of fun that way, somewhat inspired me," stated Healy.

She achieved fifty in 35 balls - her quickest at a World Cup - and her hundred in 84 deliveries while she punished short deliveries, scoring 21 fours and three sixes.

By the time she was out her side needed 66 more at a run-a-ball - an unconquered height now needing a comfortable finish.

"Chasing 330 runs is uncharted waters so I'm happy we have the confidence to accomplish that now," stated Healy further.

"Hopefully we don't have to repeat it but, if we do, we know we can succeed."

That comment will be the last competing nations at this tournament need to hear.

In recent days a sense they will succeed regardless of circumstances has only strengthened - this success coming after success over Pakistan by 107 run margin despite struggling at 76-7 at one stage.

Next Australia play Bangladesh before an encounter with traditional opponents England in Indore in a week and a half, by which point a semi-final berth may likely be confirmed.

It was in the semi-finals they exited last year's T20 World Cup in a surprising setback by South Africa - a game Healy missed because of torn tissue in her foot as she guided Australia for the initial instance at a significant event.
